Before getting his license, Skip was a house flipper. He wore many hats…from buyer, to designer, general contractor then finally seller of a wide array of properties…turn of the century cottages in Midtown to Mid century ranches in Springhill. After 31 houses he decided to put those experiences of understanding and feeling the ups and downs of being a buyer and seller to use for the betterment of others. I’m an architect and not given to handing out 5-stars easily, but Mr. Herndon deserves every single one above…….I’ve had a number of real estate dealings before this and I especially want to say that in the category of “Process Expertise” I have NEVER worked with an agent who was so knowledgeable, thorough, and attentive in taking care of all the details every step of the way. Yes, I know this is “too much” for a review… but you should know that I was so happy with my move here that, after a year or so, I sold the first house I bought and purchased a larger one. Skip listed and handled the sale AND my purchase of the new house I’m happily in now. No “pressure”….and he’s always pleasant, too.
